Objetivo: el estudio tiene como objetivo el analizar el grado de estrés, ansiedad y depresión en el personal de enfermería del área UCI - COVID de un Hospital de ESSALUD. El grupo de personas con las que se trabaja estuvo formada por 260 trabajadores de enfermería, de los cuales 135 son enfermeros y 125 son técnicos de enfermería. Se tiene que establecer el tamaño de la muestra ya que se hará uso de una fórmula que tome en cuenta la población finita, con un intervalo de confianza (CI) del 95%, error de mediación o estimación que es del 0.05, con proporción de éxitos (p) del 0.5 con lo cual se determinara cual es la muestra de personales de enfermería. Para determinar el Estrés, Ansiedad y Depresión se hará uso de la escala DASS- 21, estando formada por 21 interrogantes con alternativas de tipo Likert que es la que se maneja para la calificación: No me paso (0), Me ha ocurrido mucho, o gran parte del tiempo (3), me ha ocurrido un poco o durante parte del tiempo (1), Me ha ocurrido bastante, o durante una buena parte del tiempo (2). Dicha escala logra clasificar las enfermedades en moderada, leve, severa, y la que es extremadamente severa. Resultados: la parte de resultados serán expuestos de manera estadística con tablas y gráficas, el cual serán analizados cuantitativamente. Conclusiones: de acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos el cual darán lugar a respuesta el objetivo de la presente investigación. |

Materials and Methods: it is descriptive observational research, using a cross section. The group of people with whom we work was made up of 260 nursing workers, of whom 135 are nurses and 125 are nursing technicians. The sample size must be established since a formula will be used that takes into account the finite population, with a confidence interval (CI) of 95%, mediation or estimation error that is 0.05, with a proportion of successes (p) of 0.5 with which the sample of nursing personnel will be determined.
