Estos tratamientos personalizados, formulados para atender necesidades específicas de cada paciente, son esenciales para el manejo efectivo de diversas condiciones ginecológicas; sin embargo, su efectividad se ve comprometida por una serie de barreras que incluyen la falta de información, desconfianza en la eficacia de los preparados, problemas económicos y culturales, así como dificultades de acceso a farmacias especializadas. Material y método: cuantitativo, no experimental, básica, correlacional, ya que no manipula variables ni mide cambios en el fenómeno. Los registros se analizaron en SPSS 27 mediante análisis descriptivos e inferenciales. Resultados: el 53,6% representaron edad de 18 a 28 años, de los cuales el 60,1% tenía estudios técnicos. Además, el 73% de pacientes presentaron un estilo de vida regular, el 23% excelente y un mínimo 4% malo. La adherencia al tratamiento se asoció con la alimentación (r= 0.607), actividad física (r= 0.443) todas con correlaciones positivas (p<0.05). Conclusión: se determinó que existe entre el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento con preparados magistrales ginecológicos y el estilo de vida de pacientes atendidos en farmacia magistral Avanlab del distrito de los Olivos 2024 (r= 0.424; p=0.000).

These personalized treatments, formulated to meet the specific needs of each patient, are essential for the effective management of various gynecological conditions; however, their effectiveness is compromised by a series of barriers that include lack of information, distrust in the efficacy of the preparations, economic and cultural problems, as well as difficulties of access to specialized pharmacies. Method: quantitative, non-experimental, basic, correlational, since it does not manipulate variables or measure changes in the phenomenon. The records were analyzed in SPSS 27 by means of descriptive and inferential analyses. Results: 53.6% were aged between 18 and 28 years, of whom 60.1% had technical studies. In addition, 73% of patients presented a regular lifestyle, 23% excellent and a minimum of 4% poor.
