Materiales y métodos: tipo de investigación cuantitativo con el enfoque descriptivo de diseño no experimental con corte transversal, el tamaño muestral es de 30 licenciadas en enfermería ubicadas en el servicio de emergencia para la recolección de datos se utilizará la guía de observación como técnica y como instrumento se empleará el cuestionario dirigido netamente personal no médico (enfermería). Resultados: se empleará el software SPS versión 26 para la obtención de los resultados para hacer el tratamiento estadístico descriptivo e inferenciales. Conclusiones: el estudio realizado brindará información y datos que contribuyan a la mejora de una buena atención para los pacientes CAD por parte de los enfermeros.

Materials and methods: quantitative type of research with a descriptive approach of non-experimental design with a cross-sectional section, the sample size is 30 nursing graduates located in the emergency service for data collection, the observation guide will be used as a technique and as an instrument the questionnaire directed purely to non-medical personnel (nursing) will be used. Results: SPS software version 26 will be used to obtain the results to do the descriptive and inferential statistical treatment.
