El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “EL SISTEMA DE CONTROL DE INVENTARIO EN LOS ESTADOS FINANCIEROS DE LA EMPRESA TEOFILA Y ASOCIADOS S.A.C – 2016”. Está basado en aplicar adecuadamente los registros de ingresos y salidas de productos agrícolas en los inventarios, así también para el mejoramiento en las gestiones que realizan en las diferentes áreas. De acuerdo a la investigación, observamos que la empresa Teófila y Asociados S.A.C., presenta el uso inadecuado en los registros de ingresos y salidas de los productos ya que carecen del método de valuación de inventarios, por otro lado, en el área de contabilidad presenta deficiencias en el registro contable, posteriormente en la información de los estados financieros y en la toma de decisiones. A partir de la investigación de la situación que atraviesa la empresa, el presente trabajo analizará y propondrá un sistema de gestión de inventarios, también se propondrá el control y revisión de los productos para mejorar la exactitud de existencias en el almacén. Así mismo se establecerá un manual de funciones en la organización y procedimientos en el almacén. |

It is based on applying appropriately the records of incomes and outputs of agricultural products in the inventories, as well as for the improvement in the managements that they carry out in the different areas. According to the investigation, we observe that the company Teófila y Asociados SAC, presents the inadequate use in the registers of income and outputs of the products since they lack the method of valuation of inventories, on the other hand, in the accounting area it has deficiencies in the accounting record, later in the information of the financial statements and in the decision making. From the investigation of the situation that crosses the company, the present work will analyze and propose an inventory management system, also the control and revision of the products will be proposed to improve the accuracy of stock in the warehouse.
