description La presente tesis denominada: Nivel del clima laboral en el personal de la I.E. Andrés Avelino Cáceres Dorregaray, Km50 – Chulucanas – Piura, 2017 fue realizada con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de clima laboral del personal de la I.E. Andrés Avelino Cáceres Dorregaray, Km50 – Chulucanas – Piura, 2017; el estudio es de tipo cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo no experimental de corte transversal, cuya población fue todo el personal administrativo y docente de la I.E, siendo un total de 29 trabajadores a quienes se les aplicó un instrumento, escala clima laboral CL – SPC elaborado por Sonia Palma Carrillo, el cual está dividido en cinco factores (realización personal, involucramiento laboral, supervisión, comunicación y condiciones laborales), teniendo como resultado que el 55.2% se ubica en un clima favorable, un 27.6% en un clima medio, un 10.3% en un clima muy favorable y un 6.9% en un clima desfavorable. Concluyendo que el nivel del clima laboral en el personal de la I.E Andrés Avelino Cáceres Dorregaray, Km50 – Chulucanas – Piura, 2017 es favorable.
