La fractura de extremidad distal del húmero sigue representando una fractura difícil de resolver debido a su ubicación y a su anatomía, eso agregado a la importancia de la articulación asociada (el codo) le da importancia a su estudio. Este trabajo se encargó de recopilar y seleccionar información para poder establecer un tratamiento eficiente buscando la pronta rehabilitación del paciente. Se revisaron libros, artículos y estudios con evidencia científica de plataformas como pubmed, scielo y revistas, realizados principalmente en los últimos 10 años.

The fracture of the distal extremity of the humerus continues to represent a fracture that is difficult to resolve due to its location and its anatomy.
