La población está comprendida por 35 beneficiarias que se encuentran alojadas en el Albergue del Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño de San Borja, los cuales son encuestados durante el periodo 2019. La muestra es intencional, no probabilística y de tipo censal, la cual se encuentra constituida por la totalidad de la población, pero de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, solo se considera a 30 beneficiarias, por cumplir las características pertinentes. La técnica empleada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue un Cuestionario de Apoyo social, el cual fue validado y sometido a la prueba de confiabilidad. Concluyendo que el apoyo social percibido por las beneficiarias del Albergue del Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño en San Borja, es de nivel alto en 83% y en 17% es de nivel moderado; propiciado por toda la ayuda y beneficios que le brinda dicha institución, lo cual les permite hacer más llevadero la situación de riesgo y vulnerabilidad de sus menores internados.

The study is descriptive, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and with a quantitative approach according to the handling of the data. The population is comprised of 35 beneficiaries who are housed in the Shelter of the National Institute of Child Health of San Borja, which are surveyed during the period 2019. The sample is intentional, not probabilistic and census type, which is constituted by the entire population, but according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, only 30 beneficiaries are considered, because they fulfill the relevant characteristics. The technique used for the data collection was the survey and the instrument was a Social Support Questionnaire, which was validated and submitted to the reliability test.
