Al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó con 194 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos al cuestionario que constó de 16 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se vaciaron en tablas en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis. La prueba estadística utilizada fue la prueba chi cuadrado el margen de error utilizado fue 0.05. Finalmente, se concluyó que la Responsabilidad Jurídica incide positivamente en la reparación de los daños ambientales en el Perú.

When calculating the sample size, we finally worked with 194 people. Regarding the data collection instrument we have the questionnaire that consisted of 16 items of closed type, the same ones that were emptied into tables where the frequencies and percentages were calculated, being complemented with the analysis and interpretation of the results, which allowed us to Test the hypothesis. The statistical test used was the chi square test, the margin of error used was 0.05.
