La investigación de tipo descriptivo, con diseño no experimental y transversal, con un enfoque cuantitativo, la población estuvo constituida por 283 estudiantes del cuarto año del nivel secundario, obteniendose una muestra probabilística aleatorio simple y estratificado de 163 estudiantes. Se utilizó como instrumento el Inventario de Adaptación de Conducta De la Cruz y Cordero. El análisis de los datos se realizó en el programa SPSS versión 24.
