Incidencia De Las Complicaciones Materno Neonatales Del Manejo Activo Y Expectante De La Ruptura Prematura De Membranas En Gestantes Menores De 37 Semanas Atendidas En El Departamento De Gineco-Obstetricia Del Hospital De Tumbes, Periodo 2014-2017

Se realizó un estudio para determinar las complicaciones materno-neonatales del manejo activo y expectante de la ruptura prematura de membranas en gestantes menores de 37 semanas atendidas en el Departamento de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital de Tumbes durante el periodo 2014-2017. Se aplicó un diseño metodológico de tipo descriptivo, retrospectivo, transversal, en una población de estudio conformada por 140 pacientes. Para la muestra fueron seleccionados aleatoriamente 103 gestantes, las cuales cumplieron los criterios de selección. Para medir la asociación entre variables cualitativas, se utilizó el Test Chi cuadrado, con un Intervalo de Confianza del 95% y se determinó la significancia estadística mediante el valor de “p”; con el Software SPSS v21. El análisis estadístico mostró que las complicaciones maternas con el manejo activo y el manejo expectante fueron 63% y 87% respectivamente, mientras que las complicaciones neonatales han sido clasificadas de acuerdo a la edad gestacional, por lo cual en gestantes de 33 a 37semanas las complicaciones del manejo activo y expectante fueron 26% y 53% respectivamente; mientras que las complicaciones con el manejo activo y expectante en gestantes de 28 a 32 semanas fueron 100% y 71,5% y en gestaciones de 22 a 27semanas los resultados fueron 100% en ambos manejos, comprobándose así que el manejo activo 6 no se asocia a mayor porcentaje de complicaciones maternas (p>0.05), y en neonatos con edad gestacional entre 33 a 37 semanas (p<0.05), a diferencia de las complicaciones neonatales con el manejo activo en edades gestacionales entre 28 a 32 semanas, que si se asocian a mayor porcentaje de complicaciones(p<0.05); en menores de 27 semanas no se a observado ninguna diferencia, ya que ambas manejos representan complicaciones en igual porcentaje(p>0.05), en el Departamento de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital de Tumbes, 2014-2017.A study was conducted to determine the maternal-neonatal complications of the active and expectant management of premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women under 37 weeks attended in the Gynecology-Obstetrics Department of the Hospital of Tumbes during the period 2014-2017.
