description El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las relaciones entre gestión de almacén y control de inventarios de la empresa Ferretería Rosita en Chorrillos. La metodología utilizada en el presente trabajo es un enfoque hipotético deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo con un descriptivo correlacional técnico de tipo aplicado técnico con un diseño transversal, de tipo aplicado técnico y con un diseño no experimental con corte transversal; con una población 35 personas residentes en el distrito de Chorrillos , el cual tiene como objetivo poder determinar la relación entre las dos variables del proyecto . Se concluyó que existe relación entre gestión de almacenamiento y el control de inventarios; debido a la regla de decisión donde se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa porque la significancia encontrada de 0,000 es menor la significancia de trabajo de 0,05. Además, se determinó mediante la prueba de Rho de Sperman un coeficiente 0.515 confirmando que existe correlación positiva considerable entre las variables.
