description El presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró con la finalidad de determinar la solución del problema planteado ¿Cuál es el nivel del comportamiento del comensal en Restaurantes de Los Olivos durante la pandemia 2021? Se puso énfasis en la hipótesis general planteada el comportamiento del comensal en restaurantes de Los Olivos durante la pandemia, 2021 presenta un nivel alto, paralo cual se utilizó el diseño descriptivo, estadístico, y se aplicó un cuestionario de 26 preguntas con una muestra de 275 colaboradores virtuales. Como técnica de investigación la encuesta aplicada a los colaboradores son los comensales que habitan en Los Olivos-Perú. Así se concluyó que el comportamiento del comensal obtuvo un nivel medio de 74.91% por lo cual se determinó cambios realizados en diferentes niveles de cada factor del comportamiento, dando como resultado una hipótesis nula del estudio de investigación.
