description El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “LAS CONTRATACIONES MENORES A 8 UIT Y EL PERSONAL DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE CHINCHAYPUJIO 2017” el cual tiene como objetivo general determinar el grado de influencia de las contrataciones menores a 8 UIT en el personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Chinchaypujio en el ejercicio 2017. El presente trabajo de investigación lleva un tipo de investigación descriptivo correlacional, el cual permitirá describir a las contrataciones menores a 8 UIT y relacionarlas con el personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Chinchaypujio en el ejercicio fiscal 2017, determinando si estas influyen en el personal de la municipalidad. Los datos estadísticos del trabajo de investigación en mención tienen como población a la totalidad del personal que laboro en la institución durante el ejercicio fiscal 2017 de los cuales la muestra corresponde al personal que tiene a cargo la ejecución del gasto público directamente, tratando de en su mayoría a los jefes de los órganos línea y también los jefes de los órganos de apoyo de la municipalidad, los cuales se desarrollaron mediante la toma de cuestionarios y la observación directa, para haber podido obtener la información necesaria y poder responder a nuestra hipótesis general de que las contrataciones menores a 8 UIT influyen en el personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Chinchaypujio.
