description La presente investigación busca contribuir al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) número: 16 "paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas", teniendo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión de la carga procesal y productividad judicial en un juzgado penal de Lima Norte, 2025. La metodología usada se basó en enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo correlacional, en donde la muestra se conformó de 77 funcionarios de un juzgado de Lima Norte, aplicándoseles un cuestionario, el mismo que se validó por medio de juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad fue calculada por el coeficiente de Alfa de cronbach. Los resultados confirmaron una relación directa entre la gestión de la carga procesal y productividad judicial en un juzgado de Lima norte 2025, obteniéndose un Rho de Spearman de 0,919; con un valor de significancia de 0,000 < 0,05. En ese sentido, se concluye que la gestión de la carga procesal y productividad judicial están relacionadas, de manera positiva muy alta.
