description En la investigación realizada Influencia del ambiente laboral en la tarea docente Institución Educativa “Antenor Orrego Espinoza” tuvo por finalidad demostrar el nivel de influencia que existe entre el ambiente laboral y tarea docente. Para ello se utilizó técnicas e instrumentos de observación y recolección de datos entre ellos utilizamos: encuestas, cuestionario sobre ambiente laboral y tarea Docente además fue utilizado el método correlación de corte transversal en una población de 25 profesores. Según los resultados demuestran que existe una relación entre ambas variables ambiente laboral y tarea Docente de correlación significativa positiva alta 0.278 en la institución educativa Antenor Orrego Espinoza –Laredo Dando otro resultado se rechaza la hipótesis nula ya que, se evidencio que existe correlación entre ambas variables, por lo tanto, se rechazó la hipótesis nula, No Existe relación entre el ambiente institucional y tarea docente en el nivel Secundario de la Institución Educativa “Antenor Orrego Espinoza” del distrito de Laredo 2019.
