description La investigación titulada ‘’Implicancias relacionadas con la intervención policial en delitos por tráfico ilícito de drogas en el distrito fiscal, Ventanilla 2017”, el presente trabajo tiene como finalidad describir la realidad en las investigaciones de tráfico ilícito de drogas, el propósito del trabajo es entender cuál es la función que asume la policía frente a este tipo de ilícito penal; cuales son su responsabilidades y derechos frente a este pido de actos. Si bien es cierta la policía está limitada solo a emitir un informe al Ministerio Publico sobre las intervenciones que realiza, estas intervenciones policiales son muy fundamentales para determinar un caso en el cual se puede dar el sobreseimiento o se archiva la denuncia.
