En la presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de precariedad laboral en los inmigrantes en la provincia de Trujillo año 2018, para llegar a cumplir con el objetivo se ejecutó con la técnica de la encuesta que tiene como instrumento el cuestionario, el diseño de la investigación es no experimental y de corte transversal, la muestra fue de 194 inmigrantes en la provincia de Trujillo, que se tomó como criterio la situación que viven estos inmigrantes y la situación legal de cada uno de ellos para poder determinar el nivel de precariedad que existe. Concluyendo que: La informalidad laboral es alto en los inmigrantes venezolanos en la provincia de Trujillo, según los resultados obtenidos más de 78% de los inmigrantes no cuentan beneficios sociales y mucho menos les brindan sus derechos laborables, 86% sufren de inestabilidad laboral y el 78% trabajan sin implementos de seguridad, eso se debe a que muchos de los inmigrantes no cuentan con el PTP. |
