Se utilizó el instrumento de Estrés Global, una adaptación peruana de Guzmán y Reyes y el cuestionario de Clima Organizacional del MINSA. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que si existe relación significativa (rho = -0.161; p < .01) entre el clima organizacional y el estrés. Además, se halló relación estadísticamente significativa entre las dimensiones del clima organizacional (diseño organizacional, cultura organizacional y potencial humano) y las dimensiones del estrés (positivo y negativo).
