description La investigación que tiene como título “Nivel de motivación y potencial humano en el personal del centro de Salud Huáscar, 201 7”, partió del problema general ¿Qué relación existe entre el nivel de motivación y potencial humano en el personal del centro de Salud Huáscar, 201 7?, la investigación tuvo como objetivo general de identificar la relación entre el nivel de motivación y potencial humano en el personal del centro de Salud Huáscar, 201 7 La investigación se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo y método hipotético deductivo con un tipo de investigación básica y nivel descriptivo y correlacional. El diseño de investigación fue no experimental; de corte transversal el muestreo fue probabilístico y la muestra estuvo constituida por 35 trabajadores. Se aplicó un cuestionario tipo escala de Likert para medir las variables nivel de motivación y potencial humano, las cuales fueron sometidas a validez y confiabilidad. Se aplicó el estadístico Rho de Spearman para determinar la correlación entre las variables, donde existen una relación positiva y significativa entre el nivel de motivación y el potencial humano en el personal del Centro de Salud Huáscar, 201 7, con un Rho de Spearman =0,372a un nivel de significancia de 0.05 y p = 0.028 < 0.01.
