description El estudio titulado: “El Bullying y las consecuencias en el derecho a la educación, distrito de Villa María del Triunfo, Lima, 2022” tuvo como objetivo general determinar de qué manera el Bullying afecta el ejercicio del derecho a la educación en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo, Lima 2022. En el aspecto metodológico se hizo uso de un enfoque cualitativo, de un tipo de investigación básico. Esta investigación tuvo como diseño a la teoría fundamentada con el fin de recopilar datos o información para desarrollar, analizar y ampliar el conocimiento sobre el bullying. La unidad de estudio estuvo comprendida por el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo. Los participantes fueron los directivos de Instituciones Educativas públicas, psicólogos y abogados expertos en la materia. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron las entrevistas. La conclusión a la que se arribó es que el bullying en sus diversas formas afecta el ejercicio del derecho a la educación y desde una perspectiva jurídica debería establecerse en la ley antibullying N° 29719, la responsabilidad civil directa de los actores educativos por el incumplimiento del principio de convivencia en la educación.
