This thesis was carried out with the objective of analyzing the family factors that influence the presence of bullying in students of 3erd and 4th year of secondary school of the educational institution “Lord of Mercy” Dry River-The Porvenir. The research developed is descriptive, the simple was 35 students, whit them we workked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research. The results allow to affirm that family violence with physical violence, influence in the presence of bullying likewise inappropriate parenting styles thhrough permissiveness and authoritarianism also influences the presence of bullying in studentso of 3erd and 4th year of secondary school of the educational institution “Lord of Mercy” Dry River-The Porvenir. It is important to work with parents because both violent and permissive behaviors are generating in students who do not have a good evelopment of school habit, and it this way prevent certain risks with children.
