El estudio de investigación fue aplicada y con un diseño de investigación no experimental de corte transversal, porque se abordó dos variables de estudio, la responsabilidad social empresarial y la imagen corporativa, donde no existió manipulación de las variables. El propósito de esta información verificar la incidencia de la responsabilidad social empresarial en la imagen corporativa del Restaurante La Tía Lichy. Con la finalidad de conocer los parámetros de cumplimiento o responsabilidad de la empresa para con su personal, clientes y con la sociedad. Finalmente, los resultados obtenidos dieron a conocer que se evidenció un coeficiente de correlación de 0.713, que indica la incidencia de la responsabilidad social empresarial en la imagen corporativa del restaurante La Tía Lichy, por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis planteada, por ende la empresa si cumple y de tal forma la responsabilidad social empresarial incide en su imagen corporativa que hace que sus clientes la fidelicen y recomienden.
