En los resultados se obtuvo que Rho = 0,174 y significación = 0.149 (p>0.05) entre la Gestión de Seguridad del paciente y calidad en el Cuidado enfermero, en las dimensiones área de trabajo y calidad en el Cuidado enfermero se obtuvo Rho de Spearman = 0,065 con una significancia = 0.595 (p>0.05), también entre la seguridad desde la atención primaria y calidad en el Cuidado enfermero Rho= 0,041 y una significancia = 0.735 (p>0.05), por otro lado entre seguridad desde la comunicación y calidad en el Cuidado enfermero se obtuvo Rho= -0,193 y una significancia=0.109 (p>0.05), y finalmente entre seguridad desde la frecuencia de sucesos notificados y calidad en el Cuidado enfermero Rho= -0,041 y una significancia = 0.738 (p>0.05), La conclusión fue que no existe una correlación significativa entre seguridad del paciente y calidad del cuidado enfermero.
