description La presentetesissecentróenla responsabilidad civil y elmaltratoanimal en Chimbote y la ejecución de la reparación civil, teniendo como objetivo, analizar de qué manera se acredita la responsabilidad civil por el abandono por maltrato animal, Chimbote 2022.Este estudio emplea un enfoque cualitativo, una especie de estudio básico, el diseño de teoría fundamentada y metodología de estudio hermenéutica, dentro del marco metodológico. Además, emplea técnicas de recogida de información de entrevistas y análisis de registros documentales, habiendo recabado información de expertos y fuentes documentales a través de herramientas de guía de entrevista y ficha de análisis documental. Así pues, el resultado alcanzado coincide en que las autoridades ejecutan de manera correcta la reparación civil siempre y cuando este hecho sea denunciado. En conclusión, si se acredita la responsabilidad civil por maltrato animal al sujeto que comete dichos actos detestables.
