El diseño de investigación utilizado fue no experimental, de nivel es descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal porque la investigación se realizó durante el año 2021, con un enfoque cuantitativo, la población de la investigación fue de 11 colaboradores de la Dircetur y la muestra fue de tipo censal siendo el mismo número de colaboradores que la población, el instrumento utilizado fue la encuesta, siendo su instrumento el cuestionario , luego de probar la hipótesis se concluye que si existe relación significativa entre el clima institucional y el desempeño gerencial en la Dircetur Apurímac durante el periodo 2021, esto fue corroborado con el valor del coeficiente de Pearson cuyo resultado fue de 0.90 lo cual indica una correlación positiva significativa.
