El método desarrollado fue hipotético deductivo de nivel descriptivo correlacional, de tipo aplicada y de diseño no experimental. La población de estudio fue de 39 clientes y se aplicó la técnica de encuesta a través de 15 afirmaciones, las cuales se analizó posteriormente en el SPSS 20; el resultado de las variables indicó que existe relación positiva perfecta entre ellas.
