El tipo de investigación utilizado fue de tipo básica, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal descriptivo correlacional, un enfoque cuantitativo, la muestra utilizada fue de 140 colaboradores, el instrumento fue el cuestionario conformado por 28 ítems, obteniendo un ,776 de Rho de Spearman. Por eso los resultados indican el nivel de las variables CO y DL es buena. Con esta investigación se concluye que, si existe relación directa y significativa entre las variables de estudio, además de ello se encontró en un nivel alto a las variables CO y DL en los trabajadores de la MPC.
