La investigación se desarrolló bajo un diseño experimental y longitudinal con enfoque cuantitativo y el propósito de este consistió en evaluar si la implementación del aplicativo RUP mejora la Gestión Informática en el Seguro Integral de Salud Lima 2018. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 trabajadores operadores del Seguro Integral de salud, determinados por muestreo no probabilístico. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y los instrumentos utilizados fueron un cuestionario graduado en escala Likert para la variable previamente validada donde se demostró la validez y confiabilidad, mediante la técnica de opinión de expertos y alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que la implementación del aplicativo RUP mejora significativamente la Gestión Informática en el Seguro Integral de Salud Lima 2018.
