Cuyo problema general se planteó la siguiente interrogante: ¿Qué relación existe entre la calidad de atención y el control de salud integral de adolescentes - Microrred Rímac - MINSA, 2016?, el objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención y el control de salud integral de adolescentes - Microrred Rímac - MINSA, 2016. La metodología del trabajo de investigación es de tipo básico. El nivel es descriptivo, correlacional y el diseño es no experimental de corte transversal. La población fue delimitada por la población a los adolescentes usuarios de los servicios de salud de la Micro red Rímac – MINSA, en el año 2016. La muestra fue de tipo probabilístico aleatorio simple que equivale a 378 personas. La variable Calidad de atención y la variable Control de salud integral, sus cuantificaciones se llevaron a cabo a través del instrumento de evaluación Modelo SERVQUAL de calidad de servicio que fue elaborado por Zeithaml, Parasuraman y Berry, cuyo propósito es mejorar la calidad de servicio ofrecida por una organización. Se utilizó un cuestionario tipo que evalúo la calidad de servicio a lo largo de cinco dimensiones: confiabilidad, responsabilidad, seguridad, empatía y elementos tangibles. El referido cuestionario se constituye por una escala de respuesta múltiple diseñada para comprender las expectativas de los clientes respecto a un servicio. Permite evaluar, pero también es un instrumento de mejora y de comparación con otras organizaciones. Se aplicó el estadístico Rho de Spearman para determinar la correlación entre las variables, donde existen una relación positiva y significativa entre la calidad de atención y el control de salud integral de la Micro red Rímac – MINSA, en el año 2016 con un nivel de significancia de 0.789 y p = 0.000 < 0.01.
