La muestra estuvo constituida por 55 pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar, se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta a través de dos instrumentos para recopilar información y las respuestas fueron analizados estadísticamente. Los resultados evidencian que, del total de pacientes, el 40% presentaron calidad de vida buena y el 48 % cuentan con apoyo social mínimo. En conclusión, no existe relación entre calidad de vida y apoyo social en pacientes con tuberculosis de La Esperanza, con un coeficiente de 0.030 en Rho de Spearman, confirmando la hipótesis nula.
