El esquema de ejemplo fue de 60 especialistas de la región. Se utilizó como estrategia el estudio y como instrumento de recolección de información una encuesta aprobada por un especialista, con un valor alfa de Cronbach de 0,70 y 0,75. Según los resultados, el nivel insuficiente más abrumador de la variable principal fue abordado por el 46% de los casos evaluados. Por otra parte, en relación con el siguiente factor, se observó que el 37% tenía un nivel bajo. Por lo tanto, como indican las cualidades adquiridas (p-valor=000), se infiere que la administración metropolitana está relacionada con la ejecución del trabajo.
