description La tesis titulada “Las relaciones humanas y el clima organizacional en el Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Público Azángaro - 2017”, tiene por objetivo general conocer las características de las relaciones humanas y el clima organizacional del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Público Azángaro durante el año 2017. La presente investigación es básica se utilizó el método cuantitativo, es de diseño descriptivo - correlacional, la muestra estaba constituido por 32 informantes, del Instituto de Educación superior Pedagógico Público Azángaro. Las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos que se han utilizado fueron la encuesta, la observación. Se llegó a la siguiente conclusión: la correlación entre las variables relaciones humanas y clima organizacional en el Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Público Azángaro en el año 2017 es regular y directa con la característica de correlación positiva muy débil con un coeficiente de 0,22, y una desviación estándar de 3,2809; es decir, si las relaciones humanas son satisfactorias y relevantes, también el clima organizacional lo será. Esto es, concluida la investigación se percibe las relaciones humanas y el clima organizacional en el IESPPA es de carácter regular, tanto en la variable relaciones humanas como en la variable de clima organizacional.
