description En la actualidad uno de los problemas que existe en el consumidor es la percepción de la seguridad turística en los servicios turísticos en los recreos que se encuentran ubicados en la carretera Iquitos Nauta la investigación tiene como objetivos describir la calificación de los consumidores sobre la seguridad turística ciudadana, informativa, recreación y ambiental, el tipo de investigación es no experimental su población estuvo conformada por 2538 personas, quienes visitan los recreos turísticos, y la muestra fue de 334 turistas. Al finalizar la tabulación de datos se obtuvieron los resultados de los turistas que visitaron algún recreo turístico en la carretera Iquitos Nauta donde indican que la mayor presencia de vehículos de llegada de los clientes son autos, pero no se realiza contacto de supervisión y los que tuvieron contacto de supervisión policial califica el trato como regular. Se observó que la mayor señalización observada es la vial, y se considera que estas señalizaciones se encuentran en regular estado. Respecto a la seguridad en los recreos se observó que no existe personal de seguridad durante la estancia en el recreo, y en los casos si se observó se califica la atención que brinda el personal de seguridad los recreos turísticos como regular.
