En la actualidad, los procesos de registros de la unidad Registro de estado civil se encuentran automatizados contando con un sistema independiente llamado Global Edition pero tiene un inconveniente no se encuentran todas las actas registrales de los años de 1930 a 2013 en la base de datos del RENIEC, es por ello que el desarrollo de una solución tecnológica, permitirá realizar las consultas de actas registrales digitalizadas disminuyendo el indicador tiempo de atención al ciudadano; y que también contará con reportes mensuales de cuantas actas hayan sido expedidos, disminuyendo en tiempo de la búsqueda física de dichas actas registrales. Para el desarrollo de propuesta de solución, se utilizó la metodología de proceso unificado RUP, para el diseño se propone UML y SQL como Gestor de Base de Datos para almacenar la información personal y las actas registrales digitalizadas para cada uno de los pobladores. Lo que pretendo con el desarrollo de esta solución tecnológica está en incrementar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios que consultan y pagan por sus actas registrales, así como, reducir el tiempo de las colas durante la atención, con el fin de agilizar el proceso de Registro Civil de la Municipalidad Distrital de Yavarí.
