description En la presente investigación titulada Implementación del sistema de notificaciones electrónicas para mejora el diligenciamiento en la especialidad laboral y penal del juzgado mixto y paz letrado del Datem del Marañón – San Lorenzo -2021, se tuvo como objetivo principal determinar el nivel de mejora que tiene el diligenciamiento en la especialidad laboral y penal del Juzgado Mixto y Paz Letrado del Datem del Marañón – San Lorenzo, mediante la implementación del sistema de notificaciones electrónicas, luego de las diferentes procesos como es la recolección de información y procesamiento estadístico se logró determinar que mediante la implementación de este software se logró mejorar de manera positiva tanto a nivel de celeridad como el ahorro de costo en el diligenciamiento de las notificaciones judiciales en la sede del Datem del Marañón.
