Se identificaron los problemas siguientes ¿Cómo es el diseño arquitectónico de la sede sostenible y ecoeficiente del Gobierno Regional de Ayacucho?, ¿Cuál es el concepto idóneo para el diseño de la nueva sede del Gobierno Regional de Ayacucho?, ¿Cuál es el impacto urbano del diseño de la nueva sede del Gobierno Regional de Ayacucho?, ¿Cómo será la integración del diseño arquitectónico en su entorno inmediato?, ¿Cuáles serían las estrategias aplicadas al proyecto para lograr una certificación LEED?
