description La tesis titulada « Sitio Web y la Demanda de la Corporación Gatrix, 2023 » , tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe el marketing digital y la demanda de corporación Gatrix en el 2023 ; de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicad o , de nivel correlacional, de diseño no experimental, l a población estaba conformada por 384 usuarios que emplearon los servicios brindados por la corporación Gatrix , la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta con el instrumento el cuestionario; como principal resultado se pudo determinar que la frecuencia de visita de los clientes hacia el sitio web de la empresa debe ser reforzada y mejorar el alcance del sitio web , la empresa debe mantener la información adecuada que brinda por el sitio web y ser constante con actualización de la página , para los clientes no les e s del todo sencillo el hecho de poder encontrar el sitio web al aplicar las palabras relacionadas al lavado automotriz dentro del buscador , la empresa debe mantener y actualizar los ítems del sitio web de Gatrix, debido a que los clientes manifiestan que los ítems están parcialmente organizados y no brindan información suficiente , el sitio web de Gatrix no ayuda en su totalidad a buscar y solicitar el servicio , el sitio web de Gatrix debe reforzar la absolución de dudas o consultas de los clientes antes de optar por el servicio , el cliente no se siente muy seguro al momento de realizar el proceso de pago por medio del sitio web de la empresa , existe un porcentaje menor de clientes que no se sienten de acuerdo en volver a recibir el mismo servicio realizado en la empresa Gatrix, ya sea por un mal servicio recibido o una mala experiencia brindada por parte de la empresa ; Como conclusión se estableció que existe relación entre el sitio web y demanda del servicio de la Corporación Gatrix, 2023, y una correlación positiva media teniendo como coeficiente el valor de 0,450.
