description En un hospital público de Concepción se ha examinado un a notable alteración en la emotividad de los profesionales de la salud. Sentimientos de tristeza, irritabilidad, enojo, presión laboral, estrés y cansancio son solo algunos de los síntomas que afectan al personal de dicho hospital ; por consiguiente, se propuso como finalidad estipular la descripción en cuanto a la ansiedad y depresión en el Personal de Enfermería del IREN – Concepción después de la crisis sanitaria, 2023 . Este estudio es de tipo básico, con un enfoque descriptivo - correlacional y un diseñ o transversal no experimental . Por otra parte, en el resultado se encontró que la ansiedad presenta una asociación con la depresión además de que esta es directa y considerable teniendo en cuenta una sig. de 0.00 y un Rho de Spearman de .764. En conclusión, hay una asociación entre la ansiedad y la depresión en el personal de enfermería del IREN - Concepción. Esto sugiere que aquellos que experimentan ansiedad son más propensos a experimentar también depresión y viceversa. Po r lo que se recomienda que el IREN - Concepción priorice la implementación de estrategias efectivas de apoyo psicológico y bienestar emocional para su personal de enfermería.
