En tal sentido, para que exista un eficiente desarrollo organizacional proyectado a largo plazo, se requiere la inclusión de habilidades comunicativas, las relaciones interpersonales y las herramientas tecnológicas; como elementos predilectos que favorecen la comunicación organizacional. Se trata de una investigación bibliográfica desde el enfoque racionalista- deductivo.
