Para ello el tipo de investigación fue básica, de nivel descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental y de enfoque cualitativo, la unidad de estudio estuvo conformada por 80 pobladores con discapacidad física del Distrito de Huancarani, se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico, debido a que se realizó según la conveniencia del investigador que fueron un total. de ]5 pobladores con discapacidad física del Distrito de Huancarani, recolectando datos mediante la técnica de la entrevista y teniendo como instrumento la guía de entrevista. Llegando al siguiente resultado que la afectación del derecho de accesibilidad en las personas con discapacidad física en el entorno urbano y la eficiencia de la Ley Nº 29973 en la Municipalidad Distrital de Huancarani, año 2023, es significativa, mediante los siguientes factores como la falta de interés, el desconocimiento de Ja ley de las autoridades, la falta de asignación de presupuesto y la falta de cumplimiento de funciones por parte de la Oficina Municipal de Atención a las Personas con Discapacidad ,(OMAPED}. Además, hay barreras físicas restringen la movílidad y limitan la participación plena de las personas con discapacidad en las diferentes actividades Municipales.

For this, the type of'research was basic, descriptive level, with a non-experimental design and qualitative approach, the study unit was made up of 80 residents with physieal disabilitíes from the District of Huancarani, non-probability sampling was used, because it was carried out according to the convenience ofthe researcher who were a total of 15 inhabitants with physical disabilities from the Distriet of Huancarani, collecting data through the interview technique and having as an instrument the interview guide.
