Partimos con un análisis de la propiedad y los derechos reales para luego abordar la hipoteca convencional y la hipoteca inversa tanto en la legislación nacional como el derecho comparado. Para recabar la información utilizamos algunos instrumentos de recolección de información como las guías de entrevistas y las fichas de análisis que las plasmamos en los cuadros elaborados que contiene nuestro trabajo. Finalmente concluimos esta investigación realizando una propuesta encaminada a modificar la ley de la hipoteca inversa y así poder ser aplicada en nuestra realidad.

We start with an analysis of property and real rights and then address the conventional mortgage and the reverse mortgage both in national legislation and comparative law. To collect the information, we use some information gathering instruments such as the interview guides and the analysis sheets that we capture in the tables prepared that our work contains.
