Para ello, se tuvo que emplear la metodología de tipo aplicada, con un nivel de descriptivo-correlacional, bajo un diseño no experimental y transversal. Asimismo, la realización de los cuestionarios fue dado a 118 que laboran en el sector comercio del distrito de Callería, siendo esta la muestra.
