The main objective of the study is to determine the technological, market, economic, financial, social and enviornmental viability for the installation of a plant that produces dehydrated fruit snacks covered with chocolate. Fruits provide vitamins, minerals, and fiber needed to support a healthy digestive system, while dark chocolate, high in cocoa, contains antioxidants and can help burn fat. In the market study part, it was possible to attract a target audience belonging to the inhabitants of Metropolitan Lima, from socioeconomic levels A and B, over 18 years old and have some interest in having a healthy lifestyle. The demand for this project was estimated at 38 406 kg of product for the year 2026. It was determined that the best location for the snack production plant is the industrial zone of the city of Satipo and that there should be a warehouse for finished products in the city of Lima. In addition, the required space of this plant will be 663 square meters. Finally, in the economic and financial analysis, it was estimated that with the expected sales based on the market study and with an initial investment of S/ 799 304, it is expected to obtain an economic NPV of S/ 2 236 195 and an economic IRR of 84,69%. On the other hand, a financial NPV of S/ 2 268 820 and a financial IRR of 110,67%. Both indicators show that the project would be profitable economically and successful.

Se ha visto una tendencia en las preferencias de las personas en cuanto a comer sano. Es por esta razón que surge la idea de este proyecto. El objetivo principal del estudio es determinar la viabilidad de mercado, tecnología, economía, financiamiento, social y medioambiental para la instalación de una planta productora de snacks de fruta deshidratada cubierta con chocolate. Las frutas brindan vitaminas, minerales y fibras necesarias para apoyar un sistema digestivo saludable, mientras que el chocolate negro, con alto contenido de cacao, contiene antioxidantes y puede ayudar a quemar grasa. En la parte del estudio del mercado, se logró captar a un público objetivo perteneciente a los habitantes de Lima Metropolitana, de los niveles socioeconómicos A y B, mayores de 18 años y que tengan algún interés en tener un estilo de vida saludable. La demanda de este proyecto se estimó en 38 406 kg de producto para el año 2026. Se determinó que la mejor locación para la planta productora de snacks es la zona industrial de la ciudad de Satipo y que se deberá contar con un almacén de productos terminados en la ciudad de Lima. Además, el espacio requerido de esta planta será de 663 metros cuadrados. Finalmente, en el análisis económico y financiero se estimó que con las ventas previstas en base al estudio de mercado y con una inversión inicial de S/ 799 304, se espera obtener un VAN económico de S/ 2 236 195 y un TIR económico de 84,69%. Por el otro lado, se estimó un VAN financiero de S/ 2 268 820 y un TIR financiero de 110,67%.
