The agro-industrial sector is seen as one of the sectors with the highest growth in recent years in Peru because the Government facilitates domestic and foreign private investors through tax, labor benefits such as the Law on Promotion and trade agreements that facilitate access to international markets such as the United States, Europe and Asia. The environmental conditions in western Peru are ideal for agriculture, because temperatures are stable throughout the year, the departments located in this area are made up of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque and La Libertad which are the main fruit producers such as avocado, blueberries and asparagus, in this sense this work will be carried out the analysis and diagnosis of the company Camposol and the proposal of a strategic plan for the company. The company has favorable factors for the performance of its activities, according to the EFE matrix the sector is above average, because it knows how to manage external opportunities and knows how to avoid threats. As a result of the investigation case, it is concluded that Peru's current macroeconomic situation, and international trade agreements allow agri-industrial companies, such as Camposol, to enter international markets using new strategies that help them improve their production and performance levels by taking advantage of competitive advantages.
