In this sense, it is crucial to identify the main causes of the problems, such as the low level of order fulfillment, which is directly related to disorganization and suboptimal distributions in the warehouse, as well as high waiting times to serve customers. This research develops an improvement proposal model based on three tools (5S, ABC Method and SLP) which has as its main objective to improve the level of order fulfillment in commercial companies, in order to improve the standard time and obsolescence. The results obtained demonstrate the effectiveness of the model by increasing the order fulfillment level from 78.75% to 90%. |

Por esta razón, las empresas comerciales deben estar en constante desarrollo para poder atender las nuevas demandas del mercado y resolver nuevos problemas. En este sentido, es crucial identificar las principales causas de los problemas, como el bajo nivel de cumplimiento de pedidos, que está directamente relacionado con la desorganización y las distribuciones subóptimas en el almacén, así como los elevados tiempos de espera para atender a los clientes. Esta investigación desarrolla un modelo de propuesta de mejora basado en tres herramientas (5S, Método ABC y SLP) que tiene como principal objetivo mejorar el nivel de cumplimiento de pedidos en empresas comerciales, con el fin de mejorar el tiempo estándar y la obsolescencia.
