Therefore, it is important to plan the different stages of the process, the supply of the product, the order in the warehouse, the correct execution of packing and picking. For this reason, the study was carried out in the warehouse area, 5S, standardized work and ABC Multicriteria were proposed to improve the Fill Rate indicator, which is currently at 93.3% due to inadequate management in the warehouse, affecting profits. By implementing the pilot plan and carrying out the simulation in Arena, it was possible to verify the improvement of the proposed model, this raising the Fill Rate indicator to 97.36%. |

By implementing the pilot plan and carrying out the simulation in Arena, it was possible to verify the improvement of the proposed model, this raising the Fill Rate indicator to 97.36%.El sector comercial representa el 10.6% del PIB nacional, y el comercio mayorista o minorista aumentó un 17.3% el año pasado; por esta razón, el siguiente artículo se basa en la importación de vidrio. Esta actividad debe lidiar con costos, calidad y tiempo, así como lograr una rentabilidad óptima. Por lo tanto, es importante planificar las diferentes etapas del proceso, el suministro del producto, el orden en el almacén, la correcta ejecución del empaque y picking. Por esta razón, el estudio se llevó a cabo en el área de almacén, se propusieron 5S, trabajo estandarizado y ABC Multicriterio para mejorar el indicador de Fill Rate, que actualmente se encuentra en 93.3% debido a una gestión inadecuada en el almacén, afectando las ganancias.
