Revisado por el profesor Ricardo Manuel Padilla Casaverde, responsable de la asignatura.El presente estudio analiza los efectos de las características inherentes de la persona, del capital humano y de la empresa sobre los salarios mensuales de los hombres y mujeres de Perú en el año 2019 e identifica las principales brechas entre ambos. Bajo el soporte de la teoría de ecuaciones de Mincer, se emplean regresiones con data panel cuya información es obtenida de la encuesta de Condiciones de Vida y Pobreza de ENAHO. Los resultados indican que las mujeres son afectadas por mayor cantidad de determinantes que los hombres y que la ocupación, experiencia laboral e inclusión financiera tienen un efecto negativo sobre su salario. En conclusión, se observa que las mujeres son más propensas a recibir menos ingresos, por cuantas más características calificativas tengan. Esto produce una brecha salarial en la que las mujeres son más perjudicadas que los hombres y necesitan de más características de capital humano.The adjacent study analyzes the effects of the characteristics inherent to the person, the human capital and the business in regards of the monthly salaries of men and women in Perú in 2019 and identifies the principal wages between both. Under the support of the Mincer equation theory, we estimate regressions with a data panel model, with information previously obtained from the survey of Life Conditions and Poverty of ENAHO. The results indicate that women are more affected by more determinants than men, and that the occupation, working experience and financial inclusion have a negative impact in their salaries. In conclusion, we observe that women are more susceptible to gain less income, in order of more qualifying characteristics they have.
