Descripción
Sumario:The study proposes to deliver the medications in a timely manner within the determined period and in a shorter distance to a nearby pharmacy of a neighboring pharmacy program for the benefit of the chronically insured. The problem basically occurred because it was exceeding the established time, which has caused an increase in disaffiliations from the program and constant referrals to the Network of prescriptions due to lack of stock. The lack of data updating on the platform does not allow for an adequate response and produces a high level of dissatisfaction that is reflected in complaints and subsequent disenrollment from the program. According to the root cause of the problem in the processes of Farmacia Vecina, it is necessary to improve the processes, data and applications in order to comply with an adequate and quality service. The implementation of the web application that has been developed to facilitate the management of prescriptions for EsSalud policyholders enrolled in the program. This application solution allows patients to manage their personal data, designate the pharmacies where they want to pick up their medications and receive alerts to go for their prescriptions.
