We propose a mechanism where shares are awarded to outstanding workers based on their performance, subject to ongoing evaluations, with the possibility of recovery for non-compliance. Shareholders welcome these workers, but the shares are expected to be non-transferable and not part of a succession process, seeking to balance the needs of the workers with the protection of shareholder interests.Históricamente, hemos buscado conciliar los intereses de trabajadores y dueños de empresas, reconociendo que los esfuerzos de los colaboradores deben ser recompensados y motivados, al igual que se debe considerar la visión de los inversionistas. Proponemos un mecanismo donde se entreguen acciones a trabajadores destacados basado en su desempeño, sujetas a evaluaciones continuas, con la posibilidad de recuperación por incumplimiento.
