Objetivo: determinar las características de los pacientes que acudieron por trauma facial al Centro Dental Docente de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, en el año 2023. Materiales y métodos: Se realizará un análisis y registro de todas las historias clínicas de los pacientes que acudieron por trauma facial al Centro Dental Docente de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, en el año 2023. Conclusiones: El estudio contribuirá con el entendimiento de la frecuencia y características de los pacientes con trauma facial, en crear protocolos de diagnóstico, tratamiento de estos pacientes, y se espera que los resultados obtenidos puedan orientar futuras investigaciones en el campo de la cirugía maxilofacial que se pueden presentar en el Centro Dental Docente de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.
